How Long Does It Take To Get Good At Graffiti - Spray Paint Art Stencils

I actually look back at my life after going away. I’m trying to get better. I don’t think I actually did. It is really like an exercise in endurance. I started to look at graffiti as a sport and I really appreciate that. I don’t think it’s so difficult in my life, but I will be looking for a chance if it is.

Can you tell me a bit about your first album, ‘The Truth’

I was on stage doing some sketchy stuff. I’d read a lot of books. I just looked at other artists there and wondered where all the talent was coming from. I said, ‘I hope I can give something back to my side to make a statement.’ I got into it and put on a punk record and I put the whole thing on. I said, ‘Well, you’re doing a lot of good work too.’ It’s the same with my first single, ‘Blessed. I’ve never been through another record.’ It was the first record like that that I actually made.

Are there any current projects you’re doing

Nope My career is really getting back to it and it is so exciting I think it’s really important that I be able to talk about my work, because in the end it’s been so successful and I think people are really interested in what I’ve really become and how you can make a statement on graffiti and make a message. Sometimes I really hate the word ‘punk’ because I feel like it’s so overused in pop music and it could sound like a generic ‘punk’ style - something that sounds just like a bunch of kids playing their first album together. I think it’s a cool idea I have.

The other thing you’re doing now is taking the rap game to one of Europe’s top record labels such as Rapha Music or Lufthansa. Is your life now dominated by rap

I think so, yeah. I think I’ve become a little more of an artist on rap as well so I’m doing more rap, but to be honest it’s probably a bit of a mis-step because I started getting into music in my late teen and early 30s - I got into writing songs and eventually became known for my music videos, which I’m doing now.

What have you been doing besides writing with other artists in your life

I’m going into doing my own music video for ‘The Last Night’. It
