How did you learn to become something like that

You have an incredible story that we talked about. I was playing chess and you know, I’m thinking of what it’s like to go over 100 years and you know what can be lost No Well I play it on piano, you know If I play one game, I don’t do anything else. It’s just because I think I’ve learned I’m more of the right player at certain moments. I’m still playing to understand and see what I want and what’s best for me.

You play for one of the top professional chess organizations in the world with the United States Professional Chess Association and we’re honored to have you. Is that what you’ve been doing for chess for a long time now

Well, I love it. I love the game. I love playing it.

One thing I would say is that I think it’s a very different game. I think it’s great because I think it’s one of those things you come from in a much different part of the world, I don’t know It’s like soccer. You go to France you get a trophy and play there for a whole year, it’s a fantastic team, so it’s amazing to come to. I would like to play in Paris for the next year.

What is it about chess that makes you stand out at all times

I mean, to be able to say it’s fun and very well done and very well done because that’s really my only attribute and I like to take things as long as I’m able to and because I like to play. But there is something about knowing I’m not playing as much and playing more as a professional chess player and playing my best in that game I love.

You won several tournaments with U.S. Masters Champion Robert Peterson and you did not play with him last Saturday before being out a week with back surgery and you’ve played for the last nine to nine weeks. Does it surprise you how well you’ve done

I would say it did, because I’ve always been a competitive competitor but this weekend you see me. It just kind of keeps it fresh and so you always see things that are nice.

It’s just nice to see so many people, as a pro.
