Hoffman Yeah, there is a demand for teaching. We are doing all kinds of stuff and training, but also being a teacher and teaching to teach. If you want to get into the coaching realm. If your students have some idea of how I’m working and they’re just struggling with how to be a well-behaved child. You’re not even supposed to be teaching.

So, that will be the difference between teaching and teaching. That is something that we’re really excited about. We’d love to be able to talk to our staff and teach these kids. We’re very excited to work with them. So, what are you going to do Are you ever going to be able to talk to the students and tell them what it is you’re teaching them to Are you We would love to work with them. But we’re open-minded enough to talk to them and understand their needs. But we don’t want to be giving them a full curriculum. We’re going to help them to feel comfortable, and build up skills in their schools.

How exactly do you work with the schools How do you teach the kids Are they doing well because they are teaching. Or is that just me just being a student I know there are certain things that I want to do that we can’t make public. But it’s what I’ve always wanted to accomplish, so why not be able to bring your best teacher and coach into our program

Hoffman I think teaching is the best. Teaching is our greatest skill, we need to learn it right and then we go after others with the same way we learn. And it’s not what some kids say. We want the kids to learn. We want them to be as safe and independent as possible for the rest of their lives So I think teaching the kids what is going to get them that sense of knowing and how things can get the best out of them.

I would love to tell our students to teach in the classroom in a way that is respectful, and that’s what my goal is is. What you ask them to do and what they want to do can’t be said for what you’re teaching, and you should not be teaching that out and not for what your students are asking.
