What has been the most difficult part of your coaching career

It’s really hard. I’m an extremely humble, hard-working person, because I’m not the kind of person to go out and do that kind of thing… and I get pretty stressed.

When did you start working out

I got into the routine. I got into it really quickly.

The training

It’s hard work for me because I’m not trained enough, and I have to work really hard to stay focused on this. I’m working out hard and I love it. My motivation for coaching is almost constant.

Didn’t you have any setbacks or hardships during your coaching career

I can’t speak any more about the first one because I’m pretty mad at myself, because I’m tired of being fired. I’ve still got four years left to do it, and it’s going to be tough.

Do you have a story to tell to tell how you came to win a job at the same time you weren’t looking for it

What an amazing experience to be the boss.

In your opinion, you’re a teacher at a time when you’re faced with many hurdles. Did the training help you get to this state where you were always trying to be the best teacher in the business

I would say not at all. Maybe I didn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. I got that job because it was really hard to do.

In your opinion, it’s been the hardest learning of your teaching career

Yes, it was really hard. There’s so many things I struggled with in my coaching career. I was an amateur in high school. I spent the summer trying to find the right teachers, and at the same time it was so hard to find great teachers. I was so frustrated by all the difficult situations I faced, trying to come to the best place in the world at the same
