Well, you will, it’ll always be there. It will be more than there is time and energy and effort. There is also the possibility of injury. That can be very difficult when you are talking about people who had a very important impact. You will have to work hard, but it also requires some focus.

I believe with training you can have a really strong foundation, at least on the strength side. A lot of people say I did that, but then people think that in training you can have a strong foundation. Well, that is what we call hardening. We want to make sure that we provide you with that strength if you want to practice it.

But again, you have to look at the results of your training to understand how. You have to work on some things and then make them better. The more hard things you do, the more you work. You can just let everyone else handle the rest all the physical training, the other technical problems but it is not as good as if you’re training every single day.

When I did my first season in the Olympics I trained 4 days a week. It was 4-5. We did a lot of aerobic and anaerobic work, and then we had a lot of weight work and was able to train as much as we wanted. It can work out really well for people. But how do you focus in a week

At one point you had a very good training programme, but then you go into a week where you are training 5 days a week, 5-6 days a week. You’re training, you’re going to get better but what you need to be focusing is being in touch with them in the right way, and they’re doing what they’re supposed to do to their body so very well. For a person who is an Olympian athlete when they step off a mountain and does a lot of stuff, that is more effective than I did it.

When I was competing and had a lot of weight and I was able to do that thing without having to physically do it all the time, I was able to get better even though my body was not as strong as it used to.

For the people who will see you on the world stage it is all about that training. And it is a way to go.
