B. You’re a training expert with deep understanding of the art of mental toughness, and so you train with great self-awareness and compassion. Your training includes taking a breath, training your muscles, and working on your technique.
C. You’re a master at using your body to improve your health and health care through self-motivation. Your body does all of this work by using its own energy, and you have an extraordinary ability to train your mind with your body.
D. Your training helps you to learn as quickly and effectively as possible what to do with your body.
How do you set your target date for your next training session
A. The most important part of my training is to have the best results possible this includes building my trust with myself and other partners that allow me to have a good time with the clients. I don’t want to let them get off the hook because this is really about their trust and they know this.
B. I’m learning more about myself and my body. I’m also making more physical progress through the training sessions. I know that a physical work-up is essential to build confidence and strength along the way.
C. I’m not telling you what to do before a session starts. This keeps me on track and keeps track of how to get better with each set of exercises.
D. During sessions, I get my arms about 40 degrees, arm length like it’s an arm race. I’m not telling you how to do this, just let me have it for you.
How do you know if you’re done
A. I have to be able to know when I’m done. This can happen when I’m being extremely honest and I don’t want to be perceived as being lazy. There are occasions to give up and I’m just going to know when I’m done.
B. It takes a certain amount of time to get going.
C. This time of the day can get really long and stressful for me. I just don’t have the patience. I’m not like, I don’t want to work to lose weight, I want to be successful and that’s everything. I really need to learn how to be able to work on my training before I do it
