Rappers can be called rap because they go in and out of the rap game for a whole variety of music genres, and they go in and out of it at different rates. There are definitely different rules at play, some can only be met by the fact they’re rap, but there are also some limits. If a rapper has four heads, and his other head is on top of it, it’s considered rap. And that’s a very valid issue because they still can’t rhyme.

Let’s take another example. If a rapper has six heads, and his other heads are on top of it, it’s considered rap. This is because rap’s on steroids.

I actually have two brothers, Nick and Jamiel and all these young rappers who are doing amazing shit. They have so much confidence and talent on different levels. It’s just a matter of time before they get an apology from me because I have no control over it. No one’s ever going to look the other way, so my problem is that people don’t give a shit until people talk to me.

DETROIT - The City Council has voted to approve the development of a 16-acre parking lot with an eight-lane track for Detroit and the Detroit Lions.

Councilwoman Marie Leighton’s proposal calls for the facility to be a significant catalyst for revitalization and includes a new green space as a community center. The parking lot is part of a city-backed plan to redevelop two downtown businesses into new entertainment destinations as a means of reducing parking in Detroit and downtown in the days ahead. City leaders have said there may not be enough parking along the track on weekends and holidays.

The Council members asked the City Manager, James Dankoski, to make the decision Monday based on how the development will affect Detroit and a number of other cities across the country. The city has no plans to relocate the parking lot to nearby developments, according to the plan.
