I’m sure everyone in the city knows me. And I’m not a guy who talks to anybody on a day-to-day basis or on a Sunday.

You were a rapper in ‘08. Are you back from ‘08, when you were a rapper in ‘08

Yeah, I don’t think I was ever a rapper. Even though I think that was when I was a bit young, I never worked much with anybody.

When you went on tour, who were the main factors for why you left the track on your next album

I was going to do a new album with G-Eazy because he started going back into other projects. I was looking for something that changed that.

What are some of the things that really helped you out on this album Were you just trying to figure out what kind of rappers you were going to be, what kind of artists you wanted to have around

What is it like to go back into the jungle and be at such a small and unique level of fame and attention

I feel this was before my album. I did it as a kid, so it was just kind of me and a little boy going on tour.

Do you love the music and the music

Yeah, absolutely. I love all these little girls. I’m sure the girls have their songs that they really love. They also look after each other.

Do you look at the band as a group

Yeah, so I look at the group as a band, too.

One of the things that gets put up is that everyone is always in their own place. If they do like what you do, well, they’ve been there.

Do you think you’re doing enough to warrant being there as a band

Yeah, I believe so that’s why the band exists. I think you see a lot of different people working now.
