What’s your biggest change in the business over the last year and into the next

You know, the big change is a change of direction over the year but it’s a good change of direction. I mean we’ve gone through a lot of great times. We know what we have to do as the next year goes on. I would say we’ve had a lot of great successes. But with the business, you always have opportunities to grow and the business needs to grow. So I guess I think we’ve got a lot in common. I mean we’ve definitely got some great talent coming up. We’ve got a lot of talented people, people who we know very well. So I think we’ve got a lot of great talent coming to the office and looking at all these things and being smart about them. We’ve got our own business to support. The business has gotten so much more important over the past year and now, we can look at any of the products we produce and have something to contribute. So I think we’re really excited about that.

Any new acquisitions or changes to your business that you look forward to making for the next year

Yeah, I guess I’ll say, I’m looking forward to it. I know there are a lot of things to do, but the more I work in the world, the more of what I create, the more people that have been interested in making me more efficient. So I’m really excited about looking at things like being able to produce better content, better content, better products for people to enjoy, more things for people to get into, more stuff to get on those devices and have fun with. So I think it’s something that I’m very passionate about. I think it’s something it’s going to be very exciting once it’s over. I think it’s going to bring a lot of a lot more people into that organization and the organization that he’s the head of.

Did you know you had to move over from Netflix to Hulu or something like that before the move began

We’ve been friends forever and I think our mutual respect was so great to watch us talk to each other about whatever was happening in the industry for a very long time.
