Free-Government-Grants ·A grant of grant of indirect financing for commercial enterprise may be granted under the following circumstances. The term of grant of indirect financing for a commercial enterprise must include the cost of capital. For instance, an indirect grant of financial services for commercial enterprise must be provided by means of an initial public offering to institutional investors pursuant to Regulation D of the Foreign Investment Company Act of 1940 (1956). If a commercial enterprise is an investment fund, the investment fund may receive a grant of indirect financing from the Government, to enable it to develop, finance, or distribute investment securities, as provided by its rules, in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Investment Fund Financial Services Regulations (GFRR), as amended under paragraph (3)(A) of Regulation C of the Foreign Investment Company Act of 1940 (1956).
